Right To Cancel
Customer may cancel their order within 3 business days of submission only. Once their order gets beyond three business days then they may no longer cancel their order.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all products within 7 days of their delivery.
General Processing and Shipping Policy
Production time is 1-2 months depending on the items and quantity. All U.S. orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service) of Japan Postal Service or DHL directly from our factory in Japan to you. We are NOT responsible for any delays that may be caused by the carrier after the product has been picked up from our warehouse.
PRICE AND DELIVERY COSTS
Prices indicated do not include the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by national, state, or local governments.
All payments shall be due immediately upon placement of order.
